We ordered the snow cone maker 2x - very clean! Came with everything we needed (except ice)

This time I ordered the Toy Story 4 jumper for 5th Birthday party at school. Only disappointment was when they came back to retrieve jumper.
As always they were on time and communicated with me upon arrival at 8am. I was at work, but the communication allowed me to contact school to get him entrance to set up for the kids... They had a BLAST.
I will use again and suggest others use them as well. If it isn't broke, don't fix it....Mar 7, 2021Previous reviewOn time and professional set up. They were very friendly and accommodating as I had to keep changing the jumper rental times according to what my son's mother was wanting..
I rented the Blie gift box..... It was clean and a very nice size for children to jump around....
They took care of the Liability Insurance expeditiously as the event was planned on short notice.....
I would definitely be using and referring Magic Jump Rentals in the future...

Actually early for the delivery, but flexible with still accommodating my schedule. I also messed up on the address, and they could have made it into a hassle and ruined the day, but the delivery guy didn't. I am most grateful for that. It was something that was 100% my fault, and he adjusted as needed. I had a moment of panic that we were going to be left hanging, but he couldn't have been nicer about it. They set up the tables and chairs for us, and got the inflatable going, so I couldn't be happier with that. We had the AT AT Walker inflatable.
The only thing I didn't love is that I didn't realize how old the tables and chairs were. The tables didn't matter as much because they were covered with table clothes, but the chairs were pretty worn. If you're looking for newish or wedding/reception level of niceness with the tables and chairs, maybe get them from somewhere else. For the price, I'm still fine with how that turned out. Everything was perfectly functional, just more on the worn side.

The very friendly gentleman Brandon came as scheduled... set up and helped to shuffle it to a good position... and came back in the evening to collect it! The product itself was HUGE and all the kids enjoyed it. Even my adult neighbors came over and took a spin inside! So much fun!!!! Definitely will use again!

Magic Jump Rentals were amazing! I'm so happy I found them online. The whole process of picking a jumper and renting it was great. This is a very professional and organized company. I can't wait until I use them for many more events.

We were worried that the smaller bounce house on the site would be tiny like for babies, but it was perfect for our 10yo bday party. It's definitely substation and super high quality and large enough for his 10 friends. The delivery drivers were very kind, professional and quick and had it up just in time for it to be the perfect surprise. Such an easy process, we'll definitely use again in the future!!

These guys were awesome!! Super professional and flexible. We rented a bouncy house for my daughter's birthday and we changed the date due to an emergency and they made sure everything went fine. The installation process was super smooth and the guy who installed was very punctual at drop off and pickup.
I highly recommend this business and they will definitely be my go to bounce house place for all upcoming birthdays
