Hey everyone, 

It’s my pleasure to announce that Invicta is forming a Clash Royal competitive Esport team! This team is open to anyone in our local Clash Royale community that is looking to get on the competitive scene and explore their true potential! 

Benefits of being on the team:

-Access to maxed accounts.
-Sponsored Gems on your personal account every week/ month to practice Grand Challenges.
-Practice and coaching sessions from CR Pro players.
-Practice against other Esport teams.
-Chance to enter online Esport competitions (All fees sponsored).
-Potential to be involved in international tournaments.
-Recognition in the Clash Royale community.

*Please note that persons that qualify for the Esport team does not have to be in the Invicta clan - joining the clan is optional. 

How we’re picking the team?:

Phase 1
We’d be doing an in-game 50/100 man tournament. Top 8 finishers proceed to a bracket that would be done immediately after the tournament, top 4 from the bracket moves on to the 2nd phase. 1st and 2nd place from the bracket get prizes of $30 and $15 gift cards of their choice. Then we repeat this the following weekend to get the other 4 persons that qualify for the 2nd phase. 
Dates & Time:  Sat 16th Sat 23rd March - 6pm Prep time, 7pm Start time.

*Please note that anyone can re-enter into the 2nd tournament unless you have already qualified for phase 2.

Phase 2
All 8 persons that qualified would be sponsored 1200 gems each to complete 10 grand challenges within a week. Performance in these challenges would be monitored. Qualified persons may also be required to take part in the upcoming 20 win challenge once it falls after the completion of Phase 1, performance in this would also be monitored. Persons may be dropped if their performance in the challenges are poor. 

Phase 3
Remaining qualified persons would face-off in sets of Best out of 3 or 5 format where gameplay would be monitored. Based on each individuals performance we would then select the final 4-6 members to represent Invicta Esports!
