Up to 1.6 million people in the United States experience homelessness each year and it is estimated that 40 percent of them identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender. People within the LGBT community can face unique challenges when seeking supportive services. With your help, we can create a network of congregations that are welcoming to the LGBT community and give them a safe place to turn their lives around.
