Notes:
Creating filter at log only. It detects non-autoconfirmed editors filing case requests at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case. non-autoconfirmed editors often do not understand what is needed for a case request to be accepted and said dispute is unlikely to have been through other stages of dispute resolution. - Dreamy Jazz 1 June 2021 Swapping page_id and the autoconfirmed check to speed up non-matches. Instead of extendedconfirmed / autoconfirmed, use edit_count of 150 with age of 15 days. Use 60 days and 1000 edits per last premature case request. Also enable warnings. This comes from a substed template, so "Initiated by" won't be in added_lines. Check for the template instead. In theory, could check for "Initiated by" in added_line_pst, but that won't happen just from pushing the big blue button; mostly likely the situation is more complicated so the filter warning might not apply. --Suffusion of Yellow 21:57 15 Jun 2021 Updating system message location. Disabling -- Dreamy Jazz 26 October 2022
