Notes:
This happens often enough. Will monitor then see about disallowing (with a custom message pointing to RfD/AfD and explaining how to create an article). -G 2019-02-28 Mostly covered by filter 3 now actually, so disable and delete. -G 2019-03-04 Repurpose for filter for preventing blanking of Wikipedia space pages by new users. Will test on log only and see about setting to disallow. -G 2019-07-01 Excluded the Sandbox - blanking the sandbox isn't ideal, but it shouldn't be warned or disallowed. The bots are efficient, and anyone doing it repeatedly or egregiously will soon be spotted. --zz
