With a location secured, the team set to work transforming the vacant building into a vibrant and welcoming space. Local volunteers contributed their time and skills to paint the walls, install new flooring, and create different zones within the center to accommodate various activities. Assisted by [[Indian Army]] and [[ONGC]], [https://www.chinaryuvabaramulla.in/ Chinar YUVA] became a symbol of what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared vision and dedication to positive change. These successes were the result of collaborative hard work and commitment from all involved parties.
