Questionnaire for Young People
This questionnaire is anonymous and confidential and aims at collecting information related to Sexual Education within Europe. It will take you approximately 8 minutes to answer.

This questionnaire is about the sexual education young people have access to. It is to be answered by young people aged between  19 and 25 years old regarding their sexual education when they were between 14 and 18. There are no right or wrong answers, we basically want to know your perspective regarding your own knowledge, experience, and the quality of sexual education you have had access to (whether at school, family, community, etc.).

This survey is part of the Project Birds and Bees Ref. 2021-1-DE04-KA220-YOU-000028680 which is a cooperation project funded by the Programme Erasmus + and co-created by a partnership that involves 5 organisations: Ambitia Institute (Slovenia), Pirineus Creatius (Spain), Associação Plano i  (Portugal), Madiba (Italy) with coordination from Jugendkulturarbeit e.V. (Germany).

Your participation means a lot to us and will help us develop our project. If you want to get in contact with us or provide any suggestions or feedback, you can reach us at birdsbees4@gmail.com

In this questionnaire, we’ll use the terms:

Sexual Education - is high quality teaching and learning about a broad variety of topics related to sex and sexuality. It explores values and beliefs about those topics and helps people gain the skills that are needed to navigate relationships with self, partners, and community, and manage one’s own sexual health. Sex education may take place in schools, at home, in community settings, or online (read more at Planned Parenthood - https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/for-educators/what-sex-education)

Sexuality - is a word we use to talk about how we understand our bodies and how we understand our relationships. This understanding includes all aspects of who we are – our values and beliefs, bodies, desires, relationships, gender and our thoughts and feelings about all of these (read more at SERC - https://serc.mb.ca/sexual-health-info/the-basics/what-is-sexuality/)
