The article very clearly states that these are "arguments" so it is not promoting anything, thus it does not break neutrality. Things such as big bang are important in the creation-evolution discourse and the theology section also included the creation story of Adam which is important in this discourse. For example, Zayn Malik being a former Muslim is not anything notable about him, but the former Muslim category is still added regardless. Additionally, it's only over categorization when the category added is extremely unnecessary.
