What is undue weight is including a large list of criticisms and accusations in his lede in a way that presents it as if it's a consensus.. Tag: Undo

"highlights the importance of including the permanent processes...", "that became prominent", "an invitation to see racial/colonial", "highlights the critical anthropological task..."), also claims to a work being influential or being his "most important contribution to anthropology" would need to be referenced specifically.

  • 15:1115:11, 12 April 2024 diff hist −514 Abdelmalek Sayad→‎Sociology: a vast number of problems with this section, "double prism" is a nonsense term, much of it is written in Wikipedia's voice where it should be in the voice of the subject (ie "examined the difficult situation of migrants... forced into silence"), there would need to be a reference for the claim that he "renewed the approach of French sociology". Also claims to "importance" are so common through sociology articles that each ought to require a ref, and the last ref wasn't genuine.
